When I’m connecting when I work in churches with messages of loved ones, is this other Inner Beings in a pool that are giving messages to my Inner Being to give me? Is that how the clairvoyance works? LP 2.9.14

All Inner Beings have much wanting for pools. Some of the Inner Beings have small energy. Cannot have many pools, only a few. Some have much energy, then they can play with their energy in many pools. But when a Wooden Doll has wanting for knowings of a Wooden Doll that has transitioned then the Inner Being of the doll asks the Inner Being of doll who has transitioned, asks it to put on the coat of the old Wooden Doll. When the coat is on, then the words flow through the coat to your Inner Being. Then from your Inner Being flow some words, mostly pictures for showing. Not many words, you find it harder to get words. Can have flowing of words but you are not always aware of it in your head. Your Inner Being says you are more aware of pictures. He also wants to try to play with smells. He can try when there is a known smell. It’s not always possible for the coat to be known by it. But might have some with pipe or such, can have smell.

When I am speaking the address, the words that flow from spirit from Inner Beings to help people here about the way of life, what was like a sermon, is that different Inner Beings from a pool of learning?

I am asking who is bringing forth the words. No easy answer here. There are many such. Your Inner Being says for some of the time it’s him. He wants to explain for the Wooden Dolls there. But there are many other ones when the Inner Being of the ones in the chairs, one of their Inner Beings might have big wanting to say something for one of his Wooden Dolls. If he’s there on a chair he can hear, it’s possible to say something intended for him and all in the room will hear it also, but that is no problem, for the one it’s intended for will also have the hearing, that is wanted.

I have an energy that I feel that I call the white lady who gives me words of wisdom. Is she of my Inner Being or has there been a connection to me?

Asking. Your Inner Being is choosing to show a picture in your head, but also in the seeing, wanting of you seeing. Not often, only when your Inner Being wants for you to notice that the words are of the same will he show her. He can also show others. It’s your Inner Being but he is choosing some showings of coats. This one you speak of is not a coat, she is of the choosing of your Inner Being. The Inner Being can manifest what it chooses, it can show what it chooses. He has some times he is wanting to flow words for you, but you are not always hearing. When he has this problem and he wants you to hear, he chooses to show her, for your monkey knows her. Your monkey says ‘I notice her, I listen to what is said’. Then you have the knowing of the words flowing. He doesn’t always use her for you. He is saying if he always uses her, then you will not listen if she is always there. This is why he only shows her when he has big wanting for the words to be known by you.

When we are channelling and the words flow, I’m aware partly and I can hear some of what I’m saying. So that is my own Inner Being or can there sometimes be others?

It always will be from your Inner Being, there is no other way. I am here with Saesneggar through her Inner Being. All energy flows from the Inner Being to the Wooden Doll. There cannot be other flowing for the Wooden Doll. How does that happen? I explain properly for you. The Inner Being of a Wooden Doll can have the wanting of words. The Inner Being flows words and pictures, and smells etc. Many can have flowing from their Inner Being to your Inner Being. Then your Inner Being flows from him to you. You are not knowing of all of such. Sometimes you have the knowing of words and you speak, but when you start the speaking, there are many like the turn of tap, small water you are saying, then big water, more fast come. You also say you are not knowing in your head, only for some. Then the water is stopping, you are not remembering all of it in your head, only a small part. This is your Inner Being flowing from an Inner Being for talking with you. I have also done this with Saesneggar. I and her Inner Being played a game. She didn’t believe, didn’t trust it was possible. We had the man who was mending her car. He was talking to her. She didn’t care, she didn’t know about cars. He talked for a long time. She had a long talk with him, many words she didn’t know, then the Inner Being he turn off the tap, no more words flowing. The car man talked more to her and she panicked because she didn’t know what he was saying. Ha! We laughed, we made her believe us. We won’t do that any more. Your Inner Being does not have a problem for your monkey believes. Can have flowing easy of you. No problem.

INNER BEING 3 – Communications

I would like to communicate with my relatives in Spirit. Sn 14.4.13

In your time the fastest way to do this is for you to slide into the state where your own Inner Being can drive you. I can help that for the first part, but I am not necessary for your Inner Being is Level 1 as I am. Your Inner Being can communicate to you. (Robert’s Inner Being subsequently moved to Level 2)

When you’re speaking your Inner Being can bring forth your relatives. They are not of your Inner Being, not of what you would call your soul group. They are not. Your soul group has no relationship to your physical relations. Your soul group is the group of beings that your Inner Being has (manifested). Not the same as the physical friends and relatives that you have here. But your Inner Being will communicate to their Inner Being and bring them forth.

Do people who do mediumistic work have special capabilities to do the communication or does every person have it? Sn 14.4.2013

Each time the consciousness evolves as the monkey evolved to the man, each consciousness evolves also. Now go back, back into your time, the monkey, still today would do this, back to the time they communicate from the pool through the Level 1 Inner Being to the piece of being that is here. They do that every moment of life as a physical – it is guided very much, (there is a) very, very strong push from the Inner Being. Now as the monkey became the man and as the man became the creator and shaper man, less influence is now possible with the Inner Being, so at that time this became stronger. There is more need to communicate at the level of the environment so the speaking became the dominant form of control and of the mind, so the mind had a larger influence on the being. They are physical, this piece of the being, however the Inner Being is still there and it is still trying to control every moment it could influence, especially the feel of the being. In the sleeping, the Inner Being is always in control.

There is no knowledge, there is no influence and control of the speaking in that state. That is the natural state where the Inner Being would control, so for question then, every physical piece of being will always have the communication with its Inner Being. Therefore, every physical piece, unique piece will always communicate, but because that being it is not aware in its waking times of the flow that comes to it. It thinks always of its control and it thinks even that its emotions are coming from it. Every single emotion does not come from here, it is from your Inner Being. Every emotion every moment in here is from the Inner Being, so yes every living person from the baby up to the old. Well the baby would communicate very easily with the Inner Being. small children always they do this, it’s as the language develops that the conscious control of the being has to become stronger for that being to develop in this environment. Therefore the Inner Being will control and use the emotion that will allow more of a perception with the being that the being is always thinking and speaking of itself. It is a perception. The perception is not the reality because the reality is that all is from the Inner Being.

But how are we more able to receive this communication? Is it that we have different access to our Inner Being?

It is not so, it is just that you have decided that you will communicate in a mind way.

Those souls in the spirit world, if they can give us a real physical sensation like someone is touching us with a full hand, it takes them lots and lots of energy right? Sn 20.4.13

You would understand that it is only the Inner Being that can do this. So when I have my focus to Saesneggar under the foot, I will do this with the Inner Being. So it is the Inner Being that will give Saesneggar a sense in the mind that there is a thing walking on the foot. I cannot do this. It is only the Inner Being that can have the communication with the doll. The other Inner Beings we communicate every moment, our whole self with our own Inner Being and it is very easy for us to communicate, but it is not the mouth you understand. We would tell the Inner Being that we want to focus this energy and we want it to be and how we want it to move. Saesneggar’s Inner Being it can give the physical, the touch you call the physical, yes.

Are my family in spirit all part of my Inner Being? BD 1.7.14

No, they are part of other Inner Beings. But the Inner Beings are all one energy. The Inner Beings have talking like you have talking here with other Wooden Dolls. We have more talking and doings with other Inner Beings. You have the knowing ‘I am this, I look in the mirror, I know me. I have choosing of my doings as me’. After transition when you are in the Inner Being, you can see that the Inner Being does not have the apparatus (body), the Inner Being has energy. The energy has, in the same way as water, big pools and smaller pools and the Inner Being can take its energy like you take your money, and it fills its bucket. And it pours some of its bucket to the Wooden Dolls to sustain them and it pours some into other pools. Now the pools are for doing different things [different focus, such as healing or communication]. The Inner Being chooses what it wants. But the pools are not done as me – the ‘I am’. The pools are done as many. Many hundreds of Inner Beings all pour their energy into these pools and they have their doings together. This is how we do most things. We have more, not needing the mouth for talking. We have the thinking of the energy for this Wooden Doll part in a pool to talk to this other Wooden Doll part in the pool. We have very fast communication. The mouth, the growings of the words they happen, then this communication is thought of as being important by the Monkey. Not so, this is slow – not good communication with the mouth. It will not always be so. The apparatus (body) also has (the possibility) of the communication by the thinking. It does not have the knowings of it, but it’s there. The beasts have this. They use this more. They do not use the mouth much, mostly the head.

Is it necessary or possible to clear negative spirits from places? CC 22.7.14

No. The energy of the Wooden Doll always comes from the Inner Being, nothing else is possible. When a Wooden Doll has transition (dies), the energy flow from the Inner Being to the Wooden Doll stops. There is no other energy, no goings, no doings, the Inner Being has the energy back. It is like when you have a coin in your pocket. You give the coin to the Wooden Doll friend (the Inner Being gives its energy to its Wooden Doll for the duration of its life). When the Wooden Doll friend is gone, you don’t give the coin any more, the friend is gone. No problem, there is no bad coin bouncing on the floor (ghost) ha ha! That’s not the problem. The monkey (mind) has the fearing of a problem. The monkey thinks ‘I can see this, I can hear that’, it’s all the monkey (imagining), not the Inner Being sending this.

It’s just the imagination of the monkey mind?

This is the problem. One monkey, thinks he has the knowing (of a ghost), and he starts squawking, then the other monkeys they all squawk. They all hear the squawking from first monkey. They think, ‘ah, I don’t know why there’s a problem, but I know I need to squawk loud, for that one is squawking loud.’

So then they all start imagining the same thing?

This is so. There is no problem.

The energy of big occurrences, whether this is big happy energy or big fearing of something in a moment, this releases thought-forms. The thought-form always exists as a thought-form. The thought-form does not transition (die), it always remains a thought-form. It has no thinking, it does not have the flowing of an Inner Being, it is thought-form only, but it has the vibration of it. It can appear like the vibration of a person, of a Wooden Doll person ‘visiting’ (ghost). When the Wooden Doll becomes aware of the thought-form (ie thinks it’s a ghost), his monkey starts big squawking. And when one monkey starts squawking, all of the monkeys start squawking. You have seen monkeys in trees, when one squawks, they all squawk. It’s the same in the Wooden Doll when there is fear, and this is how the fear is sustained, when they all squawk.

Is it possible to clear negative thought-forms that are remaining in a place?

The thought-form is no problem, it cannot do anything. It is like when you look at TV, like that. It is not living, it has no Inner Being. It only manifests the same thing, in each moment the same thing. It has residual energy of the doings (past events). This is it.

So is psychic attack not possible?

This is not. That would need an Inner Being for this. You cannot have an Inner Being for that, it has no Inner Being, it cannot have any thinking. It is only residual energy. That is all it is, there is no Inner Being flowing, only the thought-form flowing.

When you, Robert’s Inner Being, go back to the valley where Robert lived to see it, if someone was there at that time could they sense you and think that you were a ghost? CC 13.8.14

Not now, but in the past. The Wooden Dolls who lived in that place would know Robert. They could have had the seeing of Robert and knowing him, but not now. All those who knew him have transitioned.

But does the thought-form of Robert not stay in the place?

He does not have thought-forms of strong momentum. Thought-forms of Wooden Dolls do not often have strong momentum. This happens mostly when there has been a trauma with strong momentum.

And then it stays there and it can’t be cleared? This is so.

In a book I read, a woman experienced negative spirits sitting on her bed and seeming to attack her, where was that coming from?

That is only the fear of the monkey. There can be the knowing and the seeing in the head, not different from the seeing with the physical body (ie it can seem real). It can have the feeling that it has happened, but it’s the monkey creating it of course.

And when people go ghost hunting and they have devices to record things, and things are picked up, where does that come from, does that come from all their monkeys squawking?

In many cases, but it can also be the choosing of the Inner Being to manifest (recordings etc). I have done this also. I wanted to manifest Robert for contraptions (cameras). Can do this, they can see on the contraption (camera), they know when Robert is coming and going on the contraption. [Robert has shown his moustache over Saesneggar’s face on camera on several occasions while speaking in trance.]

LOST SOULS

What is happening in spirit rescue? WMG 24.6.14

On transition the apparatus is the same – the Inner Being flows into the Wooden Doll, it cannot stop. When the Wooden Doll chooses for it to stop, the Inner Being stops the energy flow to the Wooden Doll; all the energy stays with the Inner Being, it is reabsorbed. No energy is now in the Wooden Doll. There are no stuck spirits, there is no way to be stuck. The Inner Being stops sending energy that’s all, nothing is stuck, there is nowhere for it to go. The energy belongs to the Inner Being, it is only loaned to the Wooden Doll. The only change on transition is that the energy flowing back to the Inner Being stays, but the energy flowing to the Wooden Doll stops. There is no losing of a soul or an energy, it’s all the Inner Being. The Inner Being is nothing more than energy. All of Saesneggar’s energy, life force, compared to her Inner Being would be less than a tiniest part that would be seen in her apparatus as one hair on her head. The energy is not big for a Wooden Doll compared to the energy in the Inner Being, it is not possible for it to be lost. The Inner Being is not losing energy, like you don’t lose your money. It loves its energy, that’s all it has, it has a big purse.

And there is no other place for it to go – the Inner Being only can have flowing to its Wooden Doll, it cannot have flowing to any other place in your environment. It can flow to pools in other environments and some wooden dolls in other environments, but not in your environment. It cannot be that it flows anywhere else. There is no lost, it’s always part of the Inner Being. The Inner Being has its own energy.

So what are we seeing when are sending somebody over in spirit rescue? WMG 24.6.14

That can be the experience if the Inner Being wants that experience, it can show any (being) for rescue as you are saying, or it can show the talking with a loved person, another Wooden Doll, you can see it, talk to it. The Inner Being of that one puts on the coat from the cupboard for showing. It looks real for you. Some Wooden Dolls can have the seeing and some cannot. If the pipe (connection) to the Inner Being is big and the energy can flow fast, then it’s easy for seeings, if the pipe is small, then no seeings.


Happiness 2 – Car on the Road Analogy

Why do I find it hard to be happy? JM 19.8.14

It’s your choosing. It’s always your choice whether to be happy, you can do this. You can have many things in your life that are not happy. You can have one thing you have seen that makes you happy. Or think of a thing you like in your head – cake or chocolate. Think of the thing you like, the taste of the thing you like. Imagine turning it around in your mouth for many moments. Feel the happiness of tasting it in your head. Choose the vibration of happy. Do more practice of this. How can you have the cake in your head? More practice then it comes easy to have the happy feeling. When your vibration has momentum for happy, then you will feel happier. If you have no vibration of happy then there is no momentum, then it’s hard to be happy. You must have the deliberate choosing for happy. At the end of each day before you sleep, have pen and paper and write 5 things that have made you happy that day. It’s hard when you start, then each day it gets a bit easier, then much easier. When it’s much easier then try the hard part – do it differently, write the 5 things then that you have done that  day that make you happy. That’s harder. Then you will appreciate yourself more, this is hard. This you don’t do at present. You need first to think of the happy things. Make the momentum of happy by having the thinking in your head of the happy things or a good taste. This is needed for many days then the momentum grows faster, gradually building each day.

What type of environment is it best for me to live in, countryside, seaside, town?

You can have joy in any of them, you can also have joy in prison. Your now has no joy. Your prison is the monkey at present. (See Taming the Monkey mind) When your monkey is sleeping, then you can have joy, even in prison, it’s not important where you live. You can have joy when and where you choose. Always the choosing is in your head only, all environments can make you happy. Diversity of experience is good, when you are happy you will be wanting more change. You will not be wanting one thing always.

How can I make more friends?

The problem at present is that your ‘car’ is on the road of the not wanted. Your car is not on the shining road; friends don’t notice your light. Make yourself happy, then your car will be on the right road. Your vibration is different to the friends’ vibration; your vibration is slower and not shining. Your monkey has control of you (at present). When you have fear, it’s important to choose no fear – choose joy. Things don’t make you happy, it’s only the choosing in your head. Then you will be on the happy road where what you want is.

Choose the road of the wanted

Car AnalogyNote from Saesneggar: Robert says that moment by moment, our vibration attracts (like a magnet) that version of reality that best matches our current vibration. I struggled to understand this concept, so he explained using the analogy that I am driving my car (living my now) along a section of road that matches my vibration. A change in my vibration causes my car to switch to a different road  ̶  to happy (fast vibration) or sad (slow) or one of a million shades of grey in between (possible universes). Our life experience is attracted, section by section, in each moment as we go through life.

Robert insists that nobody can tell your future, not even your Inner Being. Humans can imagine a future based on past experiences. Your Inner Being can see a small distance in your headlights, based on probability and your current vibration, but your Inner Being cannot influence your vibration to switch roads, only you can do this.

Taming the Monkey Mind

Can you explain to me about ego. Is ego the same as monkey or is there a difference? CC 24.6.14

It is not the same. What I am calling the monkey, this is the part of your head that is the amygdala (the Limbic system*). Thinking and fearing, more instinct, that what I am calling the monkey. Most of your apparatus flows into this. Only a small part of your head goes to the thinking part, most of the apparatus is flowing to what I have called the monkey, for it, not words and thoughts, works very fast in your apparatus. Much faster than can be through thinking, a small part is given for thinking. The most parts are not given for thinking, they are used for the monkey.

[*The Limbic system includes many components including: Cingulate gyrus – cognitive functions and attention, autonomic functions eg regulating heart rate, blood pressure; Amygdala – fear, flight or fight response; Hippocampus – memory; Orbitofrontal cortex – decision making; Hypothalamus – metabolic processes eg body temperature, sleep, hunger]

So is the monkey the conscious brain? AS 29.8.14

The conscious mostly, some parts are subconscious but all of the conscious is the monkey. He has value, he’s not bad. He makes your physical apparatus survive. All parts – seeing and hearing and such, he has the fast workings with them. He only chooses to show small parts in the other part of your head. The other part of your head is slow, the monkey is fast. You need the monkey, he’s not bad.

But where does the ego fit in? CC 24.6.14

This is not a part of head, it is a word for the ‘I know of me’, the ‘I am me’. This does not happen when you have transition, for that becomes the coat, that part. The rest of you is flowing in the Inner Being, having doings in the pools and such like of choosing, but the ‘this is me’ part, this ‘I am’ part, this is the ego, this goes into the coat.

Is it by meditating that I get the knowing from my Inner Being? JG 10.6.14

This is easier, can be like that most of the time, but also there are other ways that the Inner Being can give the knowings for you in your head, in the normal things when you are talking or reading, many times you will wonder, ‘Ah where did that come from? That’s not in the book? I have read the book, the book didn’t say this, why have I thought of this?’ It’s from the Inner Being. When you are reading, your head is in a way (frame of mind) where it’s easy for the Inner Being to get a knowing into your head. You are thinking I have read it in a book – it’s not in the book. Ha ha.

Can I invite the Inner Being to have more influence than the monkey? AM 19.8.14

The Monkey Squawks

The Monkey Squawks

The Inner Being is always wanting this, but it cannot have the doings (make it happen), this is your job. You need to think of happy things all of the day. But I’m afraid of everything. This is the problem; the monkey has the fearing, the squawking, he is always squawking and you’re not happy. Your head has the choosing, not the monkey. When the monkey has the squawking and big fearing, then you need to think of happy things you like, like the taste of cake in your mouth, ha ha. Always the thing you like makes the monkey comfortable; then he sleeps, he’s happy, he likes cake. Then the Inner Being can have a slightly bigger part each time. After many hundreds of such times when the monkey is sleeping and your head is happy, then your vibration will be faster. Then the Inner Being can have more influence in your head. Then you will have the deliberate choosing always for happy. It’s not easy. Saesneggar practised for 2 years before she had a big change of vibration. You might have 2 years of hard work to make your monkey happy. For the monkey has control of all of your life now, you cannot have a quick switch off of the monkey.

For most Wooden Dolls now it’s the monkey doing the choosing; it has to be in this environment, all have need of the monkey (for survival). Your beasts are different but they have the fast seeing and choosing from their monkey.

Can you explain the best way to tell the difference between promptings of Inner Being and what is coming from monkey brain, eg if we have fear is it Inner Being telling us don’t go in this direction now or is it the monkey saying I’m afraid? JP G 22.5.14

Your emotions, the Inner Being mostly has happy emotion; the emotion of the monkey is not always happy. Saesneggar goes on a train and the words make Robert laugh ‘MIND THE GAP’. I say to my Saesneggar ‘MIND THE GAP’, your Inner Being has a happy thought-form and you’re not happy – MIND THE GAP. It has knowing of the gap, you say your gut feelings – that’s the gap. Always ask your gut feelings about the gap. And if there is a gap, it’s not from your Inner Being.

How do I raise my consciousness and get the monkey out of way so I can go into trance? AS 29.8.14

The easy way, Saesneggar wasn’t able to this for many years, then she found it easy to do this. She thought of saying in her head what she wanted and then expecting it to happen, not possible. Then she had the knowing of wanting the monkey to be asleep but the head awake (to be able to go into trance). How to do that? She tried many things. What worked for her monkey is to give him work, important doings, then he is busy with that. He doesn’t sleep. It wasn’t possible to have him sleep for this. Your one is probably the same. You will need to give the monkey important things to do, then he is busy and the Inner Being can then be able to influence the vibration of your head and put your head in the vibration that matches the foot to go in your slipper. You cannot have the knowing of this. The Inner Being is able to do this but only when the monkey is allowing. Saesneggar’s monkey didn’t allow, that was a problem, so the monkey needed to be busy then he didn’t care, he didn’t notice the Inner Being.

So is that why when I’m driving I feel knowing from the Inner Being?

This is so, this is easier for your Inner Being, but he knows it’s not possible when you are in your car, it could hurt you (to be distracted). It is possible for him but he is choosing not to, it’s not safe. But it’s needed for something to make the monkey busy, like driving.

The same happens when I’m in the bath, so it’s not forcing it?

You cannot make it happen, you must make the monkey busy, then it will happen, but don’t expect it. Experiment with different doings for the monkey, have a game of many things for the monkey to do, then practise to know what works and what doesn’t work.

Further explanation of the Monkey from Saesneggar

Robert has often referred to two parts of the Wooden Doll’s mind, the part that is ‘connected’ to the Inner Being and the ‘monkey’ part which has the stronger genetic influence.  He says that the two work together but don’t always agree. He says that all input from our 5 senses will always go straight to the monkey part (this is our physiology and will never change) where it is processed very quickly and most of it is ignored because it is deemed to be unimportant e.g. your eyes see an aisle full of washing powder but straight away you are aware of the pack that you want and you haven’t really noticed the 99 others on the shelves.  

Robert says that the important bits of what we see/hear etc are pulled out by the monkey part and can be either sent to the wider mind for consideration or the monkey part engages an instant fight or flight response.  He says that some wooden Angry-Cartoon-monkeydolls with small pipes to their Inner Being will almost always act from the monkey part – for example they feel threatened and make aggressive comments when someone ignores them, whereas their Inner Being would want them to consider the wider context such as maybe that person is having a bad day or just hasn’t noticed me, ‘either way it’s not my problem so I don’t need to react negatively or even feel negative about this, I’m quite happy for them to choose to notice me or not’.  

Robert says that the monkey part constantly evolves from our genetic past and adapts slightly from each experience, it isn’t always wrong and is vital to our physical survival, so he admits to teasing by the use of the word ‘monkey’. He says that when we develop a bigger, stronger pipe to the Inner Being we have a better balance of judgement – those with a strong pipe are usually positive and not fearful because they are able to comfort their own monkey part regularly, therefore their monkey seldom feels threatened and doesn’t ‘kick off’ (my words).  


Law of Attraction 4 – Manifesting & Thought-forms

Is most of our life experience a reflection of our conscious beliefs? SC 7.10.14

Ah this is true. The thought-form is able to manifest. The thought-form, this is always the practice vibration, the thought had many times. (When) the thought is always the same, this is the belief, so when someone has the knowing in their head, the belief in their head: ‘I cannot have this, I cannot do this’, then the truth is they cannot have, they cannot do. The vibration, the thought-form manifests in your reality for ‘I cannot have, I cannot do’. This is the belief, it makes happen, manifest, but you can change of course of it. You can have many thoughts of, ‘I can have this’. Feel it in the belly. Have the knowing of what is wanted then have the flowing, the passion of what is wanted now. You should live in your head as if you had what is wanted now. Not you might have it in the future. No, it cannot manifest then. You must have the passion now, of living what is wanted. Then the wanted needs a small change of vibration to manifest – you have most of the doings all done in your head.

If we want something to manifest do we have to focus on the feeling of having it in the now or is the intention enough, or do we have to feel we already have it? SC 29.7.14

The intention needs momentum and thought-form to manifest the thing. Now, how to have this? It needs the knowing of having the wanted thing. The problem is that the monkey in the head says ’I don’t have this, I have wanted this many times and I don’t yet have it here’. The monkey knows it’s not there, it’s not possible for your head to say ‘I have this’, because you know you don’t have it. It’s not possible to tell the head that the thing is there when it’s not there. It doesn’t work. The way to do this differently, what works, is for your thinking and your momentum, it is important to choose more of the wanted, more thinking of what is wanted.

FlowerI’ll give you a picture to illustrate: the flower – how it looks, how big it is, the colour, the shape, how it all looks. You see the wanted flower in your head, but no flower is coming, so you know now that the image of the flower in your head is not finished. Visualise the flower more. See the flower again, put more of the flower in your head. The flower is different now, changed, you have the feel of the passion, the momentum, the excitement in your head – the monkey knows he is seeing the flower in the head. It has all the doings of the finished flower in the head. All is happy, all is comfortable with all the knowings of flower in the head, then it can manifest. Then the flower there – it’s not a big step, it’s a small step for the momentum. The thought-form of the flower is in your head and your vibration many times: it’s comfortable, always there, not new, not exciting, it’s boring, it’s always there.

Then it happens, always like the woman who is wanting a baby, but has no baby. She is trying many wantings for a baby, but no baby; then she starts not to care now, she accepts there is no baby. She then has the momentum of other things she wants, she is not thinking of the baby, then the baby comes when she is not thinking about a baby. Why does this happen? This is the same. When a big thing is wanted very much, then the momentum, the thought form, is a problem for there is much wanting but not having it. Then this cannot manifest; it can only manifest when it’s boring, when the feeling is ‘oh it’s here, I don’t care, or it’s not here I don’t care’. The wanting is there, and the picture in the head of what is wanted is finished, then have the feeling of not caring – then it happens, it manifests. For there is no problem, there is no blocking by the monkey of the momentum for manifesting.

How long must we think positive thoughts most of each day instead of negative thoughts before we start to attract/manifest the things that we wish for? Sg 5.2013

The question is not right. It’s not a matter of time, only momentum, (it depends on) how much momentum is in the thought-form how quick what is wanted comes. Ha! your Inner Being has big knowings of it, he always chooses happy, has what is wanted, he doesn’t have energy wasted. You have knowings, but you choose ‘urgh’ (feeling negative). It’s a big waste – it brings what is not wanted, ha ha.

 


Law of Attraction 3 – Split Wanting, Worry, Writing a List

I just have changed my path, I have left my job which I didn’t enjoy and I have done a course to work with the dying and I also do healing, but at the moment things are moving very slowly and I just hope that I am on the right path JG 10.6.14

The problem here is in your head you don’t know what you want. You are thinking ‘I want this’ but you are also thinking ‘urgh, did I make a mistake? Did I run and jump off a cliff into the sea? The jump from the cliff into the sea felt good. I wanted that, but now I am in the sea, I cannot get back up hill. Did I want that, did I not want that, should I not have done that?’ That is problem for that gives the ‘urgh’ (negative feeling) and then that slows the momentum for the healing work. You must always have a knowing in your head, ‘I want this, not in the future, no, now. It’s here now. I am here, I am this. I want you to write on the contraption (computer); I want you to think in your head what is best for the healing and the working with the dying. Why I want it, when I want it, how it feels in me when I am doing all of this that I wanted when I ran and jumped off the cliff, my dream,yes, when I am doing my dream. How I am feeling when I am doing all these things. I want you to make a big, big list of all of this and you look many times at the list and you put new things on the list each time you look. You put bigger things and the list is growing. Now, this is important, as your list is growing, so your momentum for this is growing and the feeling of lying in the sea looking up at the hill, it’s not there. The feeling of the jump and the flying into water, that is there. The feeling, the momentum of the dream, you need to get it back. It’s gone, it’s too small now.

That is why you are not happy, that the things might not happen as you are wanting. There is doubt in your head that you made a mistake. It was not a mistake, no, the problem is that when you decide on the dream it feels good, the run at the cliff top feels good, the first float in the water feels good, but now what? That is the problem, you need a long list, growing each moment that you look on the list, put more new things on the list. Then what happens is that the momentum in your head has big thought-forms, strong thought-forms of what is wanted in the dream and the things of the dream they stick to your head. They are in your day. At present, you don’t have any momentum strong enough for any to stick.

I feel as if my intelligence and my mental focus is not as it used to be. How can I improve? JG 10.6.14

Your wanting is not what your wanting was. Your momentum is different from your momentum in earlier times. The head is still working, you can still have doings of the head when the momentum is there for those doings. Your dream is not the same as your dream before. The wanting is not the same. But also, another problem is that the monkey in your head is worrying. The monkey always worries ‘I cannot make the dream happen, it won’t happen’. Always that gives the head much time for the monkey and very little time for the dream. The stressing of monkey makes the part of the head that does the thinking have less momentum than the monkey has in the head. This is normal, that is how the physical body survives for the monkey has the bigger part survival part in the head. This will always have to be so. So how do you not have the problem? You have more momentum for the dream. Then as one thing, comes to your experience that is wanted for the dream, the monkey goes ‘Oh, ah, the dream it’s starting, it’s happening’, then there is less stress. Then the next thing for the dream soon manifests and the monkey again is less stressed. It’s not fast, it will take time to happen, but the monkey will be happy then, thinking ‘no problem, the dream is happening, I’m happy’, then the monkey sleeps. Then you can have the momentum away from monkey into the part of the head that is for the thinking, then it can be easy. Then the doings can be easy again. The monkey is the problem for that, but the monkey will not sleep if it’s not happy. It needs to know that it has not made a mistake, but has done what was wanted.
