Happiness 2 – Car on the Road Analogy

Why do I find it hard to be happy? JM 19.8.14

It’s your choosing. It’s always your choice whether to be happy, you can do this. You can have many things in your life that are not happy. You can have one thing you have seen that makes you happy. Or think of a thing you like in your head – cake or chocolate. Think of the thing you like, the taste of the thing you like. Imagine turning it around in your mouth for many moments. Feel the happiness of tasting it in your head. Choose the vibration of happy. Do more practice of this. How can you have the cake in your head? More practice then it comes easy to have the happy feeling. When your vibration has momentum for happy, then you will feel happier. If you have no vibration of happy then there is no momentum, then it’s hard to be happy. You must have the deliberate choosing for happy. At the end of each day before you sleep, have pen and paper and write 5 things that have made you happy that day. It’s hard when you start, then each day it gets a bit easier, then much easier. When it’s much easier then try the hard part – do it differently, write the 5 things then that you have done that  day that make you happy. That’s harder. Then you will appreciate yourself more, this is hard. This you don’t do at present. You need first to think of the happy things. Make the momentum of happy by having the thinking in your head of the happy things or a good taste. This is needed for many days then the momentum grows faster, gradually building each day.

What type of environment is it best for me to live in, countryside, seaside, town?

You can have joy in any of them, you can also have joy in prison. Your now has no joy. Your prison is the monkey at present. (See Taming the Monkey mind) When your monkey is sleeping, then you can have joy, even in prison, it’s not important where you live. You can have joy when and where you choose. Always the choosing is in your head only, all environments can make you happy. Diversity of experience is good, when you are happy you will be wanting more change. You will not be wanting one thing always.

How can I make more friends?

The problem at present is that your ‘car’ is on the road of the not wanted. Your car is not on the shining road; friends don’t notice your light. Make yourself happy, then your car will be on the right road. Your vibration is different to the friends’ vibration; your vibration is slower and not shining. Your monkey has control of you (at present). When you have fear, it’s important to choose no fear – choose joy. Things don’t make you happy, it’s only the choosing in your head. Then you will be on the happy road where what you want is.

Choose the road of the wanted

Car AnalogyNote from Saesneggar: Robert says that moment by moment, our vibration attracts (like a magnet) that version of reality that best matches our current vibration. I struggled to understand this concept, so he explained using the analogy that I am driving my car (living my now) along a section of road that matches my vibration. A change in my vibration causes my car to switch to a different road  ̶  to happy (fast vibration) or sad (slow) or one of a million shades of grey in between (possible universes). Our life experience is attracted, section by section, in each moment as we go through life.

Robert insists that nobody can tell your future, not even your Inner Being. Humans can imagine a future based on past experiences. Your Inner Being can see a small distance in your headlights, based on probability and your current vibration, but your Inner Being cannot influence your vibration to switch roads, only you can do this.

Happiness 1 – Ripples in the Lake Analogy

If someone around us is unhappy, should we change our thoughts to happy to influence them for happy? JP 26.8.14

A rock has ripples when it hits the water. When you talk to the ones who are unhappy, their ripples hit you. You can choose to allow their ripple on your head, or your ripple on their head. Now not all ripples are the same. When the ripples have momentum, big passion, then the momentum makes a thought-form, a strong ripple. When there is no momentum, there is no thought-form, only a small ripple and the thought-form of the other person may be stronger and may hit you. It’s important for you to choose to have the momentum for happy thought-forms, then your ripple is big and will hit their ripples and they will feel your happiness. Then they will feel the difference in your vibration and notice it. They will want it, like the taste of something nice. There is no shame, it doesn’t mean that you don’t care that they aren’t happy. You care a lot, that’s why you are choosing the momentum of happy, it’s not to feel guilty about. This is how you can help and you can explain to them that you are choosing deliberately to always be happy. You choose the bowl of food with the happy. Try new bowls to experience new. Must always want to try the unknown. If you don’t like it you can quickly choose what you do like. Quickly flick off unwanted thoughts like a cinder that lands on your trousers from a fire. Explain this to the friends.

(LF G 9.6.14) When you are not happy, you don’t have the fast energy from your Inner Being. You manifest a thought-form which is not strong, then all around you the other Wooden Dolls have manifested a strong thought-form, it’s stronger than you. Then your life has the attachment of the things that are wanted for the others, not for you. You are like the cork floating in the pool of another. Your Inner Being is not wanting that.

If there is a huge sadness in the world and we change the vibration to happy, I think that would make a difference, is this how we affect energies JP 26.8.14

This is the thinking of the ripple. Your stone has a ripple, the stone of the big sadness has a big ripple. The stones hit the water at the same moment. One ripple stops the other ripple, this is the energy of the water. Your energy has the balance of the energy of their sadness. Can only be in moments like ripples. There is always need for thought-forms on this (positivity); more passion makes a big ripple then it has more strength for changing things. There can be many of such.

The important thing is what is in your head, don’t think of what happened, have the thought-forms of seeing in your head what is wanted. If your friend is not well, not happy, then see in your head the friend happy, singing, dancing, laughing, always, then your ripple will have the knowing of them happy. But it’s important for you to know you are able to put your car on the wanted road, but you cannot put someone else’s car on the wanted road, only the person can put their own car on the road. Like when you are in your car, you have the steering wheel, you sit in the car but you don’t like the road, you want another road, you’re not able to make the car be another road, can only send the ripple with the steering wheel to put the car on the other road.

Wooden Dolls are always fearing of what is to be (future) and they are not happy about what has been (past). They have the vibration of the not wanted. This is what they know. They don’t have the knowing of ‘aaah’ (happy), they have the knowing of ‘urgh’ (unhappy). They feel your ‘aaah’ ripple, then they have more from you of the ‘aaah’, they think “why is this one always ‘aah’, how does it happen? I like the feel of that, I want it.” Then you can explain to them how they can have it. There is no other way, only their choosing. They think something happens to them, then they feel in response to it. No, it’s the feeling that makes the thing happen, not the reverse.

This why I’m speaking because I want all Wooden Dolls to know this and practise choosing happy, then they will see it in their life. The wanted will happen, then they will choose more happy, then others will see them and want to be happy. Then there will be more of the wanted ripples in your environment (earth). It will change the vibration of your environment to the wanted, not the slow energy (ripple) of the not wanted. It’s now possible for the vibration of your environment (earth) to be faster, to have the faster wanted vibration, but the Wooden Dolls have the ‘urgh’ (are not happy).

Ripples In Lake – Note from Saesneggar: Robert has explained that the thoughts and actions of each of us affects many around us, both seen and unseen.  I struggled to understand the interconnectedness at first so Robert described a “picture” of ripples from a stone hitting a lake where some stones hit at the same time and some very soon after, their ripples sometimes amplify an existing ripple and sometimes cancel out an existing ripple.  He says that there is always growth, all galaxies are always expanding, always becoming. Whether the Wooden Dolls create positive (wanted) thought-forms or unwanted thought-forms dictates how the expansion happens i.e. some new ripples will amplify and some will cancel each other out, so it is the balance of all thought-forms in the moment together that makes the real difference to how that local environment expands – that is why he wants all wooden dolls to connect better with their Inner Beings so that the Inner Being can give them the appropriate emotion to help guide them.  


Taming the Monkey Mind

Can you explain to me about ego. Is ego the same as monkey or is there a difference? CC 24.6.14

It is not the same. What I am calling the monkey, this is the part of your head that is the amygdala (the Limbic system*). Thinking and fearing, more instinct, that what I am calling the monkey. Most of your apparatus flows into this. Only a small part of your head goes to the thinking part, most of the apparatus is flowing to what I have called the monkey, for it, not words and thoughts, works very fast in your apparatus. Much faster than can be through thinking, a small part is given for thinking. The most parts are not given for thinking, they are used for the monkey.

[*The Limbic system includes many components including: Cingulate gyrus – cognitive functions and attention, autonomic functions eg regulating heart rate, blood pressure; Amygdala – fear, flight or fight response; Hippocampus – memory; Orbitofrontal cortex – decision making; Hypothalamus – metabolic processes eg body temperature, sleep, hunger]

So is the monkey the conscious brain? AS 29.8.14

The conscious mostly, some parts are subconscious but all of the conscious is the monkey. He has value, he’s not bad. He makes your physical apparatus survive. All parts – seeing and hearing and such, he has the fast workings with them. He only chooses to show small parts in the other part of your head. The other part of your head is slow, the monkey is fast. You need the monkey, he’s not bad.

But where does the ego fit in? CC 24.6.14

This is not a part of head, it is a word for the ‘I know of me’, the ‘I am me’. This does not happen when you have transition, for that becomes the coat, that part. The rest of you is flowing in the Inner Being, having doings in the pools and such like of choosing, but the ‘this is me’ part, this ‘I am’ part, this is the ego, this goes into the coat.

Is it by meditating that I get the knowing from my Inner Being? JG 10.6.14

This is easier, can be like that most of the time, but also there are other ways that the Inner Being can give the knowings for you in your head, in the normal things when you are talking or reading, many times you will wonder, ‘Ah where did that come from? That’s not in the book? I have read the book, the book didn’t say this, why have I thought of this?’ It’s from the Inner Being. When you are reading, your head is in a way (frame of mind) where it’s easy for the Inner Being to get a knowing into your head. You are thinking I have read it in a book – it’s not in the book. Ha ha.

Can I invite the Inner Being to have more influence than the monkey? AM 19.8.14

The Monkey Squawks

The Inner Being is always wanting this, but it cannot have the doings (make it happen), this is your job. You need to think of happy things all of the day. But I’m afraid of everything. This is the problem; the monkey has the fearing, the squawking, he is always squawking and you’re not happy. Your head has the choosing, not the monkey. When the monkey has the squawking and big fearing, then you need to think of happy things you like, like the taste of cake in your mouth, ha ha. Always the thing you like makes the monkey comfortable; then he sleeps, he’s happy, he likes cake. Then the Inner Being can have a slightly bigger part each time. After many hundreds of such times when the monkey is sleeping and your head is happy, then your vibration will be faster. Then the Inner Being can have more influence in your head. Then you will have the deliberate choosing always for happy. It’s not easy. Saesneggar practised for 2 years before she had a big change of vibration. You might have 2 years of hard work to make your monkey happy. For the monkey has control of all of your life now, you cannot have a quick switch off of the monkey.

For most Wooden Dolls now it’s the monkey doing the choosing; it has to be in this environment, all have need of the monkey (for survival). Your beasts are different but they have the fast seeing and choosing from their monkey.

Can you explain the best way to tell the difference between promptings of Inner Being and what is coming from monkey brain, eg if we have fear is it Inner Being telling us don’t go in this direction now or is it the monkey saying I’m afraid? JP G 22.5.14

Your emotions, the Inner Being mostly has happy emotion; the emotion of the monkey is not always happy. Saesneggar goes on a train and the words make Robert laugh ‘MIND THE GAP’. I say to my Saesneggar ‘MIND THE GAP’, your Inner Being has a happy thought-form and you’re not happy – MIND THE GAP. It has knowing of the gap, you say your gut feelings – that’s the gap. Always ask your gut feelings about the gap. And if there is a gap, it’s not from your Inner Being.

How do I raise my consciousness and get the monkey out of way so I can go into trance? AS 29.8.14

The easy way, Saesneggar wasn’t able to this for many years, then she found it easy to do this. She thought of saying in her head what she wanted and then expecting it to happen, not possible. Then she had the knowing of wanting the monkey to be asleep but the head awake (to be able to go into trance). How to do that? She tried many things. What worked for her monkey is to give him work, important doings, then he is busy with that. He doesn’t sleep. It wasn’t possible to have him sleep for this. Your one is probably the same. You will need to give the monkey important things to do, then he is busy and the Inner Being can then be able to influence the vibration of your head and put your head in the vibration that matches the foot to go in your slipper. You cannot have the knowing of this. The Inner Being is able to do this but only when the monkey is allowing. Saesneggar’s monkey didn’t allow, that was a problem, so the monkey needed to be busy then he didn’t care, he didn’t notice the Inner Being.

So is that why when I’m driving I feel knowing from the Inner Being?

This is so, this is easier for your Inner Being, but he knows it’s not possible when you are in your car, it could hurt you (to be distracted). It is possible for him but he is choosing not to, it’s not safe. But it’s needed for something to make the monkey busy, like driving.

The same happens when I’m in the bath, so it’s not forcing it?

You cannot make it happen, you must make the monkey busy, then it will happen, but don’t expect it. Experiment with different doings for the monkey, have a game of many things for the monkey to do, then practise to know what works and what doesn’t work.

Robert has often referred to two parts of the Wooden Doll’s mind, the part that is ‘connected’ to the Inner Being and the ‘monkey’ part which has the stronger genetic influence.  He says that the two work together but don’t always agree. He says that all input from our 5 senses will always go straight to the monkey part (this is our physiology and will never change) where it is processed very quickly and most of it is ignored because it is deemed to be unimportant e.g. your eyes see an aisle full of washing powder but straight away you are aware of the pack that you want and you haven’t really noticed the 99 others on the shelves.  

Robert says that the important bits of what we see/hear etc are pulled out by the monkey part and can be either sent to the wider mind for consideration or the monkey part engages an instant fight or flight response.  He says that some wooden Angry-Cartoon-monkeydolls with small pipes to their Inner Being will almost always act from the monkey part – for example they feel threatened and make aggressive comments when someone ignores them, whereas their Inner Being would want them to consider the wider context such as maybe that person is having a bad day or just hasn’t noticed me, ‘either way it’s not my problem so I don’t need to react negatively or even feel negative about this, I’m quite happy for them to choose to notice me or not’.  

Robert says that the monkey part constantly evolves from our genetic past and adapts slightly from each experience, it isn’t always wrong and is vital to our physical survival, so he admits to teasing by the use of the word ‘monkey’. He says that when we develop a bigger, stronger pipe to the Inner Being we have a better balance of judgement – those with a strong pipe are usually positive and not fearful because they are able to comfort their own monkey part regularly, therefore their monkey seldom feels threatened and doesn’t ‘kick off’ (my words).

How many dimensions are there? WMG 24.6.14

There are many galaxies, as you call them, and many environments in each of the places, like this one you are calling home. There are many you do not know of in your environment. The energy has a faster vibration that cannot be known by your vibration. In the same way that there are some sounds you can hear and some you cannot. They have small knowings of you, as you have of them. Your animals can see and hear some of the things you cannot. There are many hundreds of things that cannot be known by Wooden Dolls on earth, your apparatus is not able to perceive them.

There are many beings of other levels within your own earth environment in your here and now that you cannot have knowing of, and there are also many that you are seeing in your now but you do not always know that they are in a different environment to you.

There are many other environments manifested by your Inner Beings also. Beings who visit your environment are not of (physical) form like you. They do not need spaceships. Their energy is faster, like me I don’t have a contraption to come visit with you. They have the fingerprint of the energy of you and tune to your energy. It’s nothing to be afraid of. They have knowings of many of your kind from many times. There is no limit to dimensions, they are always becoming, more and different environments.

This one is Level 0, a new environment, like a small child learning. The Inner Being builds energies from having hundreds of Wooden Dolls here. When my Inner Being was new, it had many trying to sustain (a physical apparatus here). At first it could not sustain a baby. It had many learnings then was able to sustain a baby properly. Now I am starting anew at Level 2, it’s not easy.

Can you talk to us about how many dimensions there are? JP G 22.5.2014

You are meaning like your environment. There are many environments, you cannot see all like your apparatus it can see some, not all. You hear some noises, some noises you cannot. Your beasts can see and hear some things you cannot. That is a small part of the all. There are many, many hundreds of things that cannot be known by any (people) of earth. There are many in your environment. You have no apparatus to know them, they have no apparatus to know you. Many in your here and now, you cannot have knowing of and many hundreds in other environments that you have no knowing of and there are many that you are seeing, but you are not always knowing that they are in a different environment than you. All in the now.

We’re all seeing differently through different dimensions. Inner Beings see all, knowing more than this and me – I am a Level 2 Inner Being [it is Robert’s Inner Being who speaks through him]. When I was Level 1 I had many hundreds of Wooden Dolls and I had knowing of all their doings and their thought- forms in me; I always will have thought-forms from them from all moments. Now I am Level 2 I have small number of Wooden Dolls of Level 1, as I have not been at Level 2 for long moments.


Transition (Death) 3 – Fear of Dying

Is my soul’s purpose to work with the dying? (JG-LFG 9.6.14)

There is a big need, much wanting, for many Inner Beings have big wanting for Wooden Dolls to help with the transition (passing). There is big fear in the moment of what is next with many Wooden Dolls. They do not want to stay Wooden Doll (carry on living) but they have much fear, big fear of transition and will not allow their energy to reabsorb back to their Inner Being. The Inner Being wants to end the (life of the) wooden doll. It makes the flow of energy smaller and smaller and smaller so the apparatus is deteriorating and hard to sustain. But the Inner Being cannot decide when the Wooden Doll is no more – only the Wooden Doll can choose when the transition happens. But this is now a big problem – in your environment there are many who have no knowings of the Inner Being and no knowings of (the reality of) what you are calling death. They fear it. They all have feelings of ‘the ones I have hurt or the ones I made sad, and the ones I was not good enough for, I wish I had done this and I wish that had not happened ‘. And the problem is that when there is small flow from the Inner Being to the Wooden Doll, it’s half here and half in transition back to the Inner Being. Then it’s easier for them to see those who are in spirit than those in the physical, so they often see and hear the words of those that have made transition and it brings more fear – ‘that one doesn’t like me, that one I have hurt, he has come for me, I don’t want to move to the next plane, I want to stay a Wooden Doll’.

The truth is that the Inner Being of the one that was wronged puts on the coat of the person who was harmed, and appears because he is wanting to say ‘I am not hurt, I’m an Inner Being and as an Inner Being I wanted to have an experience and I asked your Inner Being to help me have that experience, that’s all it is. It’s not a problem, it’s not for blaming or guilt or fear of the one in spirit.’ He wants the Wooden Doll to hear, ‘there is no problem, I’m happy, I had the experience for my Inner Being that I asked your Inner Being for. You are the one who helped me to have that experience. It was not a happy experience, but I need all experiences, not just happy ones.’

This is why many wooden dolls now in this moment take many years to make transition. It’s not good for Wooden Doll or for the ones who have to care for them after they should have had transition. The physical body cannot cope, it needs much help. There is no value (ie further learning experience to be had) in that Wooden Doll now, no experience that is wanted now but there is no transition. But you are able to speak with the ones who have the listening and to have the understanding from them of what it is they fear. You can ask: ‘ Why have you not made transition? Who are the ones who are making you not want to be with them?’

You can tell them this – there will be no making you be with any other when you have transitioned. If you have the husband, or the wife or the mam or the dad that you do not like, and as a Wooden Doll you had to be with them, and when they made transition (died) you were happy, but you are now feeling ‘I should not have been happy, they have knowing I was happy when they were not here with me and I don’t want to be with them now. I have had years of happiness and freedom and I do not want to give it up now and be with that one again.’ There is no problem, not be with anyone that you are not choosing to be with. You will speak with that one, for the Wooden Doll is like a coat put in a cupboard when not worn. So the Inner Being of that one will take coat from the cupboard and put on the coat to appear to you as that one. So it can give the comfortable feeling that ‘I’m not afraid of that one, he’s not angry, he’s not sad, he’s happy with me and I will have a conversation with him and then we will all be happy and I will not see that one again if I am not choosing. No problem.

There is big needing of this in your environment. More now than before. Before many were happy to have transition, they believed in heaven. It’s not real, but it’s a story that made Wooden Dolls comfortable. Now they are not wanting the story of heaven. But they do not know the truth. They fear what is next, yes.


Law of Attraction 4 – Manifesting & Thought-forms

Is most of our life experience a reflection of our conscious beliefs? SC 7.10.14

Ah this is true. The thought-form is able to manifest. The thought-form, this is always the practice vibration, the thought had many times. (When) the thought is always the same, this is the belief, so when someone has the knowing in their head, the belief in their head: ‘I cannot have this, I cannot do this’, then the truth is they cannot have, they cannot do. The vibration, the thought-form manifests in your reality for ‘I cannot have, I cannot do’. This is the belief, it makes happen, manifest, but you can change of course of it. You can have many thoughts of, ‘I can have this’. Feel it in the belly. Have the knowing of what is wanted then have the flowing, the passion of what is wanted now. You should live in your head as if you had what is wanted now. Not you might have it in the future. No, it cannot manifest then. You must have the passion now, of living what is wanted. Then the wanted needs a small change of vibration to manifest – you have most of the doings all done in your head.

If we want something to manifest do we have to focus on the feeling of having it in the now or is the intention enough, or do we have to feel we already have it? SC 29.7.14

The intention needs momentum and thought-form to manifest the thing. Now, how to have this? It needs the knowing of having the wanted thing. The problem is that the monkey in the head says ’I don’t have this, I have wanted this many times and I don’t yet have it here’. The monkey knows it’s not there, it’s not possible for your head to say ‘I have this’, because you know you don’t have it. It’s not possible to tell the head that the thing is there when it’s not there. It doesn’t work. The way to do this differently, what works, is for your thinking and your momentum, it is important to choose more of the wanted, more thinking of what is wanted.

FlowerI’ll give you a picture to illustrate: the flower – how it looks, how big it is, the colour, the shape, how it all looks. You see the wanted flower in your head, but no flower is coming, so you know now that the image of the flower in your head is not finished. Visualise the flower more. See the flower again, put more of the flower in your head. The flower is different now, changed, you have the feel of the passion, the momentum, the excitement in your head – the monkey knows he is seeing the flower in the head. It has all the doings of the finished flower in the head. All is happy, all is comfortable with all the knowings of flower in the head, then it can manifest. Then the flower there – it’s not a big step, it’s a small step for the momentum. The thought-form of the flower is in your head and your vibration many times: it’s comfortable, always there, not new, not exciting, it’s boring, it’s always there.

Then it happens, always like the woman who is wanting a baby, but has no baby. She is trying many wantings for a baby, but no baby; then she starts not to care now, she accepts there is no baby. She then has the momentum of other things she wants, she is not thinking of the baby, then the baby comes when she is not thinking about a baby. Why does this happen? This is the same. When a big thing is wanted very much, then the momentum, the thought form, is a problem for there is much wanting but not having it. Then this cannot manifest; it can only manifest when it’s boring, when the feeling is ‘oh it’s here, I don’t care, or it’s not here I don’t care’. The wanting is there, and the picture in the head of what is wanted is finished, then have the feeling of not caring – then it happens, it manifests. For there is no problem, there is no blocking by the monkey of the momentum for manifesting.

How long must we think positive thoughts most of each day instead of negative thoughts before we start to attract/manifest the things that we wish for? Sg 5.2013

The question is not right. It’s not a matter of time, only momentum, (it depends on) how much momentum is in the thought-form how quick what is wanted comes. Ha! your Inner Being has big knowings of it, he always chooses happy, has what is wanted, he doesn’t have energy wasted. You have knowings, but you choose ‘urgh’ (feeling negative). It’s a big waste – it brings what is not wanted, ha ha.

 


Law of Attraction 3 – Split Wanting, Worry, Writing a List

I just have changed my path, I have left my job which I didn’t enjoy and I have done a course to work with the dying and I also do healing, but at the moment things are moving very slowly and I just hope that I am on the right path JG 10.6.14

The problem here is in your head you don’t know what you want. You are thinking ‘I want this’ but you are also thinking ‘urgh, did I make a mistake? Did I run and jump off a cliff into the sea? The jump from the cliff into the sea felt good. I wanted that, but now I am in the sea, I cannot get back up hill. Did I want that, did I not want that, should I not have done that?’ That is problem for that gives the ‘urgh’ (negative feeling) and then that slows the momentum for the healing work. You must always have a knowing in your head, ‘I want this, not in the future, no, now. It’s here now. I am here, I am this. I want you to write on the contraption (computer); I want you to think in your head what is best for the healing and the working with the dying. Why I want it, when I want it, how it feels in me when I am doing all of this that I wanted when I ran and jumped off the cliff, my dream,yes, when I am doing my dream. How I am feeling when I am doing all these things. I want you to make a big, big list of all of this and you look many times at the list and you put new things on the list each time you look. You put bigger things and the list is growing. Now, this is important, as your list is growing, so your momentum for this is growing and the feeling of lying in the sea looking up at the hill, it’s not there. The feeling of the jump and the flying into water, that is there. The feeling, the momentum of the dream, you need to get it back. It’s gone, it’s too small now.

That is why you are not happy, that the things might not happen as you are wanting. There is doubt in your head that you made a mistake. It was not a mistake, no, the problem is that when you decide on the dream it feels good, the run at the cliff top feels good, the first float in the water feels good, but now what? That is the problem, you need a long list, growing each moment that you look on the list, put more new things on the list. Then what happens is that the momentum in your head has big thought-forms, strong thought-forms of what is wanted in the dream and the things of the dream they stick to your head. They are in your day. At present, you don’t have any momentum strong enough for any to stick.

I feel as if my intelligence and my mental focus is not as it used to be. How can I improve? JG 10.6.14

Your wanting is not what your wanting was. Your momentum is different from your momentum in earlier times. The head is still working, you can still have doings of the head when the momentum is there for those doings. Your dream is not the same as your dream before. The wanting is not the same. But also, another problem is that the monkey in your head is worrying. The monkey always worries ‘I cannot make the dream happen, it won’t happen’. Always that gives the head much time for the monkey and very little time for the dream. The stressing of monkey makes the part of the head that does the thinking have less momentum than the monkey has in the head. This is normal, that is how the physical body survives for the monkey has the bigger part survival part in the head. This will always have to be so. So how do you not have the problem? You have more momentum for the dream. Then as one thing, comes to your experience that is wanted for the dream, the monkey goes ‘Oh, ah, the dream it’s starting, it’s happening’, then there is less stress. Then the next thing for the dream soon manifests and the monkey again is less stressed. It’s not fast, it will take time to happen, but the monkey will be happy then, thinking ‘no problem, the dream is happening, I’m happy’, then the monkey sleeps. Then you can have the momentum away from monkey into the part of the head that is for the thinking, then it can be easy. Then the doings can be easy again. The monkey is the problem for that, but the monkey will not sleep if it’s not happy. It needs to know that it has not made a mistake, but has done what was wanted.


Law of Attraction 2 – Choices & Differing Viewpoints

I’ve read a book about the Law of Attraction. How does Law of Attraction work? TrC 5.4.14

The knowing is not understood in the book, the knowing is not there. No. Tis not hard, but the knowing not there yet. So the truth of the book tis like the box with pictures in the corner there (TV). Tis the same in that there is no creating, no that does not happen. The creating is already done. It’s all there. Many many hundreds (of possibilities are) all there, all made there, but the one (possibility) that is chosen is one of the hundreds there. Like the box in the corner (TV), it has many pictures. Each one is there but can’t be seen, not until one is chosen. Then you experience the one chosen for some moments and then there is a move to choose a different one. But it’s not a big difference, it is so small a difference that you don’t notice that it is a different one, but it is. But there are so many hundreds there that are a tiny bit different, so that every moment you step between each one and this one, and that one, and that one, and you have no knowing that you are stepping between them, for the differences are so tiny, but you are stepping and that’s how the choosing happens. It’s not one big choosing. Each moment, you step from here, to here, to here. Always, every moment is like that.

There are many hundreds (of possibilities) that are similar and you step with your knowing, your feeling, your thoughts. That is how you have the choosing from this one, to this one, to this one, but you are not always thinking of that thing. If you have 50 things in your day, all good things and one thing that is not good, not wanted. You forget the nice one, you think or the ‘urgh’ (negative) one, yes, and then all of the choosing of this one, and this one, and this one for the other (good) things, they start to go a bit more ‘urgh’.

It is your dominant vibration I would call it. It is the colour of your thoughts. Is it a wanted colour or a not wanted colour? That is how you create the reality, not create – tis how you have a rendezvous with reality of your choosing. You have chosen from your thoughts. Thinking about anything will cause a choosing of a thought about something else, yes (laughs). And that is how always, in each moment, there is a stepping from this, to this, to this. They are all very much similar, but lead to a different path. Nothing is written, nothing is written for life. All (is already) created, all is chosen in the moment.

What brings about a difference of opinion in the various books I read? Is it lack of knowledge or is it many versions?

Tis like TV, there are hundreds of pictures, hundreds of books and the books are of your choosing at the moment, so the book that you choose at this moment is like the coat that fits, yes, but at a different moment, the same coat will not fit you, your knowing has changed so the coat and the book no longer fit. So sometimes you choose a book and you cannot have joy of the book for it doesn’t fit. But sometimes the book it will fit again in different moments, but sometimes the book will only fit once and will never fit again. All books are the knowing of the person at the moment that they write the book. The same person, the coat would not fit in other moments, so the same would not always have the fit of the one reading the book, as well as the writer. Knowing only fits in the moment, this is important. There is no good or bad knowing. Only the knowing like the coat that fits in this moment. Do not have wanting for the coat to fit in all the moments, as it will not and it is right that it will not, for your knowing will change.

Choosing from joy not obligation

You feel a pull to do a thing. You will feel the choosing when you feel the pull. If you don’t feel a pull don’t do it, if you feel a pull, do it. Always your Inner Being will give you a wanting, give you a pull. It will give the joy. When you feel a pull to something of joy, it is right that you do it. But if you have a feeling ‘Oh I must do this’, ‘I have a choosing as I want to do this but I feel no pull, I have no momentum to want to do this out of joy’, do not do it now. Leave it for another moment when you feel a momentum of pull to it. But if you have a pull to do a different thing, do that, whatever it is…. If you see on your table a thing that you really want, take it and eat it, even if you have not liked it before.

When I was driving here I had a déjà ju moment; what is happening when we experience this? SC 7.10.15

Ah, this I have like of. Now I explain, the future you say, it has not happened when you have the experience of the déjà vu. It’s not already happened, but your Inner Being wants you to notice a thing, so it’s easy for him, he influences your head for you to see the thing and you think “I know of this, this is a memory of mine”. It’s not. It wears the coat of a memory. It’s not a memory. It is happening now, but it has the feel in your head like it is already a memory. Your Inner Being knows this: “Ah, she has noticed this, ha, for she thinks it’s a memory and it’s happening now.” He is able to do this to make you notice. This is always the déjà vu.

When it’s happened to me, it doesn’t seem like anything significant is occurring. Is there any way for us to notice what the Inner Being wants us to understand about it?

It’s not always the thing. It’s often the vibration of how you feel about the thing. He is able to conjure up the vibration from the experience of the thing. The thing might not be important, only the vibration he wants you to know.

It’s the vibration that’s important?

This is so, like dreaming. You wake up and have a memory of part of the dream. There is no big need (to remember) the doings of the dream, but the emotion, the vibration of the feeling of the dream, this is what your Inner Being wants to communicate to you.


Climate Change

Globe-Hands-LightYou’ve said previously that our conscious beliefs create our reality, so if that’s happening on a personal scale, does the same happen for humanity. Looking at something like humanity’s effect on the planet, is it because of our mass belief about climate change that we experience climate change as a negative impact on earth, or is it that we have physically mismanaged our resources and therefore we are experiencing climate change? SC 7.10.14

This is both. There are many influences of physical weather for your environment. Some is due to the influence of the human. Most is due to influence not of humans. There have been many climate changes, big changes when there have been no humans. Always the environment is changing. It’s normal. But the human also makes faster the change from the doings of the humans and from the thought forms of the humans also. But it’s not a problem for it is possible to make stable for the change of the living. There can be the no more of the beasts (extinctions), but have the growing of the new beasts (evolution). This has happened many times in your environment and in all physical environments. Beasts change. Humans can have some change, not all. It is possible to help make slow of the change if it is wanted by many, many hundreds of humans. But the change (is brought about by) many. It makes hot the ice, the poles. It can make the poles small. Then it creates warm and the more of the oceans in your environment. That will have then the balance of the big cold. There have been seven of such (already in the history of earth). There will be more doing of the cold (ice age), but not while you are living. There will be the hot while you are living. It takes many years for the balance of the cold.

Now, the big problem for while you are living, now there is the burning of the old planting – the fossil fuels. There have been many wars, the fighting to have the owning of such. But while you are still living, there will be the starting of being able (to access) the energy of the zero point field. Then you will not have the want of fossil fuels. That problem will be gone. But the new problem, drinking water , cannot have. There will be a shortage. There will be much water that’s not drinkable, but not enough drinkable water. Many parts of your environment will not be able to sustain the plants and the beasts. They will not have the water. This will cause many wars for the water. Not the fuel. The problem of the climate. The new need, it will be water. The old of the needed energy.

Is there anything people who are trying to help the planet can do with our thought processes to help ease the situation, or is it just part of the experience to live with that?

There is always change of climate. Always change of the beasts and plants. Always this has the changing. Cannot be any other way. But it can help for the humans not to have the fearing of the book (religion). Not to have the killing (in the name of religion). This is the first of the killing. Soon there will be not the water. This (the water shortage) will not be big in your lifetime, but the killing of the book (in the name of religion), this is in your lifetime. There is the influence of the ones who have fear of the book (religion) of others. Then they have the killing. They have the big need of knowing that the book is not real. They can have their Inner Being flowing in them. Then they will not want the book. They will not want to kill. They will have the knowing that all living things, the humans, the plants, the beasts, they are all of the Inner Being. (They will know that) ‘they are the same as me’ (that we are all one). They will have no want of killing. This is what we want, all of us (the Inner Beings). This is why we have the want of speaking to the humans now. It is possible that there will be no more humans from such (as a result of this situation). We do not want this. No problem, we are able to manifest in many environments, but there is the possibility no kill (to avoid the killing). We have want of this.

So I can understand what you’re saying about wars, what’s happened with something like Ebola virus and that is potential for killing lots of Wooden Dolls. Why has that started?

This is normal. There is always the changing of all living things. It cannot stand still. There is always the morphing of the new to make the different. Some (of the new) will survive, some will not survive. The virus is able to change fast. Many hundreds, always new. Most are not a problem for the beasts and the humans, but certain ones have the problem of the virus. Always there are many hundreds mutating. Making new. This is always normal for all viruses, but there will be the 1 or 2 that have the problem for the apparatus of the human and the beasts.
